This is a PDF letter I received from Fujifilm by email this afternoon. They are even offering you to contact them so they could send you a paid postage package to return your unit to the factory to be updated. How awesome is the Fujifilm Customer Service? I'm very impressed.
To be honest, my unit never showed the phenomena reported but as my serial number was on the "To be updated" list, I assume it was safer to do it. Better safe than sorry!
Anyway, it took only 5 minutes to do the update and it is, as usual, a very easy operation.
